Who we are
A production partner led with care.
Aspen Event Productions is led by Keaton DePron and built around a practical goal: make the technical side of an event feel organized, clear, and handled.
Our team provides audio, video, lighting, staging, rentals, and AV installation for corporate meetings, nonprofit events, sports programs, awards banquets, and permanent spaces. We’re based in Oklahoma City and also work with clients in the Phoenix area.
Good production starts before the first case rolls in. We listen to what you’re planning, review the room and schedule, and put the right crew and equipment around the event.
You can expect straightforward communication, realistic planning, and a production team that stays connected from the first call through load out.

Keaton DePron
Keaton leads Aspen’s planning, client communication, and production standards. He stays close to the details so the crew, schedule, equipment, and venue needs are all working from the same plan.
The goal is simple: give planners a team they can trust, a clear path to show day, and AV that supports the room without becoming the thing everyone has to worry about.
