Can you make speech clear throughout a ballroom?
That’s one of the first things we look at. We’ll review the room and seating plan, then recommend microphones and speakers to help guests hear clearly throughout the space.
Can you help with videos and fundraising moments?
Yes. We can handle screens, video playback, microphones, music, and lighting. We’ll go through the schedule with your team so we know when each part of the program needs to happen.
Can you work with our venue or planner?
Yes. We’ll coordinate setup times, room layout, power, and the event schedule with your planner, venue, and other vendors.
