MidFirst Bank executive presenting to employees during a town hall event — Executive presentation support for a MidFirst Bank town hall.

The project

Consistent AV from city to city.

Aspen supports a 10-event MidFirst Bank town hall series across Oklahoma, Arizona, and Houston.

A multi-city series needs the same level of clarity at every stop: microphones that are easy to hear, presentation screens people can see from the room, and a crew that understands the schedule before the first speaker starts.

We help keep the technical plan consistent while still adjusting for each venue’s room shape, screen placement, power, setup time, and local details.
